The PsychCyb Intelligence Platform is provided for organizational assessment and risk intelligence purposes.
You agree to use the platform only:
- For lawful purposes
- In accordance with these Terms
- In a manner consistent with applicable organizational policies
The platform is not intended for individual monitoring, enforcement, or performance evaluation.
3. Account access
Access to the platform may require an authorized account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials

PsychCyb reserves the right to restrict or suspend access where misuse is identified.
4. Intellectual property
The platform, underlying software, methodologies, and content are the property of PsychCyb.
The Behavioral Risk Intelligence framework is proprietary to PsychCyb.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Reproduce or redistribute platform content
- Use platform outputs outside their intended organizational context
5. Use of outputs
Outputs generated by the PsychCyb Intelligence Platform are provided to support internal organizational review and decision-making.
PsychCyb does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or risk reduction.
Outputs are designed to inform understanding of organizational conditions and should be interpreted within the organization's broader context. Decisions and actions taken based on these outputs remain the responsibility of the organization.
6. Availability and changes
The platform is provided on an as-available basis.
PsychCyb may modify, suspend, or update the platform as needed to maintain quality, security, or functionality.
Material changes will be reflected through updates to these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PsychCyb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
The platform is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PsychCyb's place of incorporation.
